This is
the tension spring behind the dash for the glove box door so it
pops open when the glove box latch is depressed. Usually worn
out or missing, this is sometimes what you need if your glove box just
doesn't open when unlatched. However many times worn out glove
box door stops are the culprit as they allow the door to press
in too far which can cause it to get stuck. |
