Shopping at the Bughaus is set up to be easy, fun, and safe! All you really need to know is what kind of Volkswagen you have and our site will lead you through the rest!

But is it safe to order from the Bughaus? It certainly is.
Like most people, we are concerned about fraud on the internet and we're doing everything we can to stop it. All orders placed online from our website are encrypted and sent to a secure server using an SSL 3.0 connection with 128 bit encryption. We unencrypt it when we receive it so we are the only ones who will ever see the information.

Our site does not use cookies and neither does our cart, unlike most online vendors.
This means our site stores no personal information of yours on your computer.

But what about your personal information after the sale?
We will not sell / lend/ or give out any of your personal information ever.
Furthermore, we will only contact you regarding your order. We do not send unsolicited e-mails to anyone at anytime. Nor will we ever call you or send you flyers unless you would like to be on one of our lists. Then, you will only be on our list which, as we mentioned before, will never be distributed to anyone.
So basically, if you don't want it, you don't get it.
