We are now happy to offer an
OEM version of this switch that is an excellent quality part!
This is actually the stock switch for a 1973-1979 Bus but works
great on both 1965-1967 Beetles and 1968-1972 Buses with some
mild adaption. While this switch does slightly change the
functionality on these models (the 65-67 Beetles and 68-72 Buses
will now have their running lights on at the same time as the
headlights), it's a small sacrifice for such a top quality
switch from an original manufacturer for VW! We personally used
this switch in our 1968 shop truck and it's been great (we only
had to change one wire end to a smaller style). |
