                        Returns 
                        Please note:
                        Our liability on parts is only limited to replacement or
                        refund of the returned parts. We are not able to refund
                        the cost of shipping parts back to us, and you will be
                        responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement
                        parts to you unless the item is found to be defective. 
                        RETURNS/EXCHANGES
                        
                         
                        No
                        merchandise will be accepted for return more than 30
                        days after receipt, and never without our written
                        approval or RA number on the box. You must email, call,
                        or fax us stating reason for the return/exchange and for
                        a RA Number (return authorization) before you send back
                        any items. This number must be written clearly on the
                        box. A 20% restocking fee is made on all returns, unless
                        the item is defective or shipped in our error. If a
                        return is damaged or incomplete and we do decide to
                        allow the return, your restocking fee may be higher. We
                        DO NOT refund shipping charges. To receive a refund,
                        less shipping, the items MUST be complete and still in
                        the original packaging. 
                        Please allow 14 days to process your refund from
                        the date we receive your return. All items installed are
                        not returnable. We encourage you to send back any
                        returns with insurance by FedEx or UPS 
                        for your protection. We are not responsible for
                        lost items being returned to us. 
                         
                        RA Numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date
                        they are issued. Returns received after 30 days from
                        when the RA was issued will be refused. 
                         
                        The following items CAN NOT be returned:
                         
                         
                        Carburetors - this is limited only to the 
                        complete carburetors. If you order a carburetor and then 
                        realize you need a different one - they can be returned 
                        given they have not been installed. 
                        Electrical
                        parts / Glass items / Sheet metal parts / NOS items – this
                        includes all relays, switches, fuses, bulbs, ignition
                        parts, windshields, fenders, etc…
                         
                         
                        Books and Magazines - Unfortunately,
                        too many people making copies, getting the info they
                        need, not liking something after they read it, etc., has
                        forced us to make these items not returnable. 
                        Special
                        Ordered Items – i.e. – custom door
                        panel kit, seat cover set, etc…
                        
                         
                        Installed
                        Items – We do not take back any installed parts.
                        To help avoid this, please do the following things:
                        
                         
                        1)      
                        Make sure you order the correct parts! If you
                        have an application question, please let us know.
                        
                         
                        2)      
                        Make sure you got what you ordered! Compare
                        everything with your confirmation email from your order,
                        as soon as you receive your package from us.
                        
                         
                        3)      
                        Make sure the parts we sent you are like the
                        parts you are replacing. Compare it BEFORE you
                        install it. 
                        4)      
                        Further, make sure you like the part before you install
                        it. Deciding you suddenly don't like the item after it's
                        installed does not change the fact that it has been
                        installed and is not returnable. 
                        5)      
                        Make sure you know what you are doing. We cannot
                        be responsible for incorrectly installed parts. 
                        
                         
                        Modified
                        Parts – If you modify a part to make it fit your
                        application, this will make the part non-returnable. If
                        you have an application or installation question, please
                        let us know. We will do our best to help!
                        
                         
                        BACKORDERS
                        
                         
                        Any
                        item not in stock at the time of the order will be
                        automatically backordered. If you do not want items
                        backordered you MUST contact us, otherwise we will ship
                        your backorder when it becomes available. All backorders
                        not filled within 30 days will be cancelled
                        automatically. If we do not believe we can fill your
                        backorder within 30 days at the time you order, we will
                        inform you and cancel the item. Backorders under $10
                        will automatically be cancelled. Shipping
                        on backordered items depends upon the items. For example
                        - if you place a $30 order and one item is backordered
                        that is $15, it will be treated as a unique order when
                        it ships. But if you place a $250 order and a $30 item
                        is backordered, it will most likely not incur any
                        additional shipping costs. We usually have a very high
                        fill rate and don't normally have to backorder too many
                        things, and so this policy tends to be on a case by case
                        basis. 
                        CORES
                        
                         
                        All
                        cores MUST be in their original box. Any
                        cores not returned in their original boxes will be
                        refused. Shipping costs to ship cores are the customer’s
                        responsibility. We do not refund shipping costs. All
                        cores MUST be rebuildable and must be received within 30
                        days of the date of purchase. We will promptly refund
                        your core charge, less shipping, as soon as your core is
                        deemed rebuildable by the manufacturer.
                        
                         
                        WARRANTIES
                        
                         
                        Almost
                        every part sold by the BUGHAUS is backed with a 60-day
                        warranty. This may not sound like much, but most of our
                        parts will never need a warranty. We manage this by only
                        selling the highest quality parts available! Also, many
                        of our parts we sell carry their own factory warranties,
                        which is separate from our warranty.
                        Receipts are required for all warranty claims. 
                        CUSTOMER
                        NOTICE 48 HOUR TIME LIMIT
                        
                         
                        Missing
                        parts in your package? Have the item/s been
                        backordered on your invoice? Check the box and packing
                        material closely. Sometimes small parts get lost in the
                        packing material. We will always try to put small parts
                        in a bag or staple or tape them to the inside flap or to
                        the larger parts. Please inspect the entire box. Has the
                        box been tampered with or damaged in a way that parts
                        could have fallen out? 
                        
                         
                        Damaged
                        parts?
                        We take extra to make sure that your parts are packed
                        properly. If you receive a damaged product and the box
                        shows signs of any damage, call the freight carrier and
                        request inspection. Do not discard any of the packing
                        material. Do not return a box without contacting us
                        first to receive an RA number. In order to file a claim
                        for missing or damaged merchandise you must carry out
                        these instructions within 48 hours. 
                         
                        We reserve the right to update our return policy at any
                        time without notice.
